The goggles look absolutely amazing.
They are actually made of metal, although very thin, and the shine on the lens has a deep oil slick spectrum that is more pronounced than in the photo. When I put them on on a sunny day, they provided excellent shade for my vision, but the opaqueness of the lens is light enough so that they can be worn indoors or not taken off if you're driving through a tunnel. In addition, they are very light and the strap feels sturdy.
My only concern is that unless I make the strap very tight (hence 4/5 stars), they do not create a seal around my face at the bottom. My solution was to cut some foam out and glue it to the bottom of the goggles. This is, of course, because I will be braving the dust storms of the Nevada desert, however, if you're not going to have a massive dust storm blowing in your face, this will not be a problem at all.
In my opinion, for the price, you get a much more satisfying product that you may be used to.
Well made for a costume goggle. Comfortable over glasses up to about 50 mph.Chrome over light guage metal and soft vinyl for face contact. I use it for open vintage car rides.
